Adaro Andalan Indonesia Confirms Interim Dividend Payout of Rp538 Per Share

Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI) has officially confirmed the interim dividend conversion rate ahead of its cash payout to shareholders. The company set the reference exchange rate using Bank Indonesia’s middle rate on 19 November 2025 at Rp16,760 per US dollar.
Based on this rate, AADI will distribute a total interim cash dividend of approximately Rp4.18 trillion, according to Corporate Secretary Ray Aryaputra. The announcement was released on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
The dividend will be allocated across 7.79 billion outstanding shares, resulting in a distribution of around Rp538 per share.
Before the announcement, AADI’s shares had already passed their cum-dividend date on Monday, 17 November 2025. The cum date represents the deadline for investors to purchase shares while retaining eligibility to receive the declared dividend.
On the cum date, AADI’s share price closed up 0.57% at Rp8,750, giving the interim dividend a yield of approximately 6.15%. However, the stock experienced a sharp pullback in the following sessions, declining around 10% over 18–19 November as the market adjusted post-dividend.
Shareholders recorded as of 19 November 2025 at 16:00 WIB will be entitled to receive the payout, with the interim dividend scheduled for distribution on 27 November 2025.
