Kuartal Inc is an advisory business. We don't take money from investors, we don't hold anyone's assets, and we don't make investment decisions for clients. What we do is help founders, cooperatives and investors design funding that actually fits: patient money that doesn't rush you to sell, repayments that follow your revenue, shares you can buy back, public and private money working together to lower everyone's risk, and plans for founders to hand ownership to their teams.
Kuartal Capital and Kuartal Ventures are the names of our advisory work. Kuartal Capital covers markets and private investment; Kuartal Ventures supports early-stage founders. Neither is an investment fund, and neither takes investment.
