Most investment today goes to a small group of companies: the ones that promise to grow huge and sell fast. That leaves out a lot of brilliant businesses, like cooperatives, family firms, farms that restore their land, and workshops that want to be around in fifty years. Our programmes are built for them. We spend less time picking winners and more time helping businesses set up ownership and funding that's fair for everyone.
