We help founders pass ownership to their teams when they retire, put a price on climate and nature risks, check whether "green" claims hold up, and design patient and blended funding. We also advise on public markets, private equity and venture capital. If we help a polluting or mining business make a real change, we'll say so publicly and explain why we think the plan is credible.
